- Hence, organization animates and guides the rural women in forming of Self Help Groups;
- strengthening them through capacity building;
- motivating them to tackle gender discrimination and voice against exploitation of women through advocacy and networking;
- empowering them to mobilize financial support in the form of incentive, from government and micro-credit banks;
- developing entrepreneurship and encouraging Income Generating Programmes;
- imparting trainings on personality development and leadership for effective decision making and local governance;
- promoting sustainability through the process of empowerment and forming of federation
